If the wallpaper you would like to order is not listed on our website, you can fill out our Check Stock & Price form and we will respond quickly with the current price and availability. If you would like to purchase, we will add your wallpaper to our Shop page so you can order online.

A: A double roll is the industry standard and includes 2 continuous single rolls. Wallpaper is Packaged & Priced in Double Rolls.
Q: Are there any specific hanging instructions for Thibaut wallpapers?
A: Hanging instructions are sent with every roll of wallpaper. Certain types of wallpaper require specific hanging instructions. We recommend your paper hanger read instructions carefully before starting to hang. Thibaut also includes instructions here.
Q: How do I maintain or clean my wallpaper?
A: Most wallpapers are washable with an ammonia and chlorine free cleanser and water. Grasscloth wallpaper generally should not be washed but dusted with a duster or vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment. Never use water with Grasscloth. Vinyl wallcovering can be washed and even scrubbed with soap, water and a bristle brush. Please refer to the item’s description to see if the product is washable.
Q: Can I return wallpaper or fabric?
A: Returns are not permitted for purchases of fabric.
To return wallpaper, the rolls are required to be unopened and unused. T here is a 25% restocking fee and clients are responsible for paying and processing the return shipment direct to the Thibaut warehouse. You must contact us within 25 days of the original purchase to initiate a return authorization.
